Our client was falling behind schedule on their Project. The primary issue was the shortage of in-house skilled UI/UX designers and AR developers, which delayed the development of their mobile applications and AR solutions. Case Study - 4: Strengthening Global Development through Robust Local IT Managed Service Support - The World Bank Bangladesh

Client Overview
The World Bank's office in Bangladesh needed a trustworthy partner to manage its complex local IT systems because it didn't have the necessary technical skills in-house. To improve efficiency, reduce data security risks, and make the systems more reliable, it was important to select a company with the right experience and expertise so that they can outsource their IT support in managed service modality.

Business Challenge
To ensure business continuity and day-to-day operations, the World Bank in Bangladesh required a reliable and trusted partner to handle its IT maintenance and end-user IT support to manage its increasingly complex local IT infrastructure. This lack of dedicated oversight led to frequent system instabilities, heightened data security risks, and a reactive approach to technical troubleshooting that hindered overall organizational efficiency. To mitigate these vulnerabilities and ensure mission-critical reliability, the office needed to transition from fragmented internal management to a professionalized Managed Service Modality, necessitating a trustworthy local partner capable of providing proactive, high-level technical support and robust cybersecurity alignment.
